Women owned business is defined as being owned, capitalized and operated by a woman or group of women. Fifty-one percent of ownership must be by woman. At Able Louise Boschetto, wife of the original founder, Angelo Boschetto meets this criterion certifying Able Building Maintenance as a WMBE.
