Temporary Employee Supplementation

AES provides careful management to meet changing labor priorities. That sometimes means supplementing local staff with temporary personnel to provide vacation relief, help with special projects, or to manage unforeseen circumstances.

Type of Work

Able Engineering Services can provide both union and non-union building engineering services throughout the entire United States

Auditing Capabilities

Able's Engineering service managers regularly perform on-site audits. The audits begin with a walk-through of the engineering plant and systems and continue with an interview questionnaire with the chief engineer. Plant operations, neatness, safety policies, life/safety operations, record keeping and other site-specific details are reviewed. A comprehensive report is prepared for the client and lead engineer. A follow-up inspection is conducted to ensure full compliance.

Benchmarking Capabilities

At the start of each contract a variety of beneficial reports are offered, including:

Labor Profile Summaries

AES monthly management reports profile the various categories of engineering labor showing the labor hours for each task group. Task groups are flexible and can be fine-tuned for each facility. The reports include numerical and graphic summaries comparing the current month with year-to-date information. These profiles help identify developing trends or unusual activity.

Utility Consumption Reports

AES also prepares numeric and graphical summaries of both the cost and consumption of all utilities at each site and can pinpoint excesses.

Departmental Monthly Status Report

Each lead engineer is expected to document highlights of significant departmental activities on a monthly basis. The report lists details regarding breakdowns and repairs, life safety issues, ongoing project status, future projects, preventive maintenance status, and safety programs.
