Able Services has embraced "green cleaning" and “green building engineering” standards recognizing that supporting and promoting environmental stewardship is a necessity. Our GreenAble program helps make the world a better place for everyone.
The most widely known organization for Green Practices is the USGBC. Their program LEED recognizes, supports and promotes green buildings through a comprehensive system offering project certification, professional accreditation, training, and practical resources.
The LEED rating system for existing buildings was created to address:

- Whole-building cleaning and maintenance issues including chemical use
- Ongoing indoor air quality
- Energy and water efficiency
- Recycling programs and facilities
- Exterior maintenance programs
- System upgrades to meet green building energy, water, IAQ, and lighting performance standards
